FlexiiDome is a product of Flexiiform Vietnam Tensile Membrane Structure Co., Ltd., which respects the privacy of its customers. This policy describes how we handle the personal information you provide through the quote request form, including the purposes of use, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your data, in accordance with applicable law.
Data we collect

1. Purpose of collection
We only collect the information you actively provide through the "Request a Quote" form to: contact you for consultation, assess your site, send a detailed quote, and provide customer support related to that request. We do not use this information for automated advertising or sell/rent it to third parties.
2. Storage & data processors
Data is submitted through our server and written directly into an internal Google Sheet using a Google Service Account; the authentication key exists only on the server side and is never accessible to your browser. Google, which operates Google Sheets/Google Cloud, acts as a data processor on our behalf; we do not share data with any other third party beyond this purpose.
3. Retention period
Information is retained for up to 24 months from the most recent contact to support follow-up and re-quoting when needed, unless you request earlier deletion. After this period, data is deleted from the system if no further transaction occurs.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information is accessible only to Flexiiform's internal sales and technical teams to process quote requests.
5. Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party advertising/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). The display language is determined by the URL path, not stored in a cookie or localStorage.
6. Your rights
Under Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, you have the right to: know what data is being stored, request access, correction, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and object to the processing of your data. We respond to requests within 72 working hours.
7. Security
The connection to the form is encrypted via HTTPS. The Google Sheets access key is stored only as a server-side environment variable and never appears in browser-facing source code.
